Your Special Day
(1890 Wedding Chapel and The Densler House - Venue Only Rental)
To make your wedding day exactly what you want, the 1890 Wedding Chapel and The Densler House are available for rental
Total of eight and a half (8-1/2) hours rental of the 1890 Wedding Chapel for the rehearsal and ceremony, and The Densler House for the reception
(The number of hours per venue to be determined by the Bride and Groom)
Beginning time between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and ending no later than 10:00 p.m.
Maximum Ninety (90) guests
This must be booked a minimum of thirty (30) days in advance of your wedding date

$1,800.00 (plus applicable taxes)*

*charge for running over package time limits is $150.00 per hour.

Rehearsal
Rehearsal time is $75.00 per hour, and is based on availability of the venue

Water pitcher and Coffee Urn

Sign in table for the guest book

Bridesmaid’s Luncheon
Both the Densler House and The Columbiana Inn offer afternoon tea for the Wedding party. This is a three (3) course English afternoon tea. Check the Densler House website for more details or call (205) 669-1450 for details and availability of your date. Afternoon tea is $20.00 per person, please allow two (2) hours in order to enjoy the experience fully.

Additional time
The 1890 Wedding Chapel and The Densler House has a strict schedule which must be honored. Additional time may be purchased before your wedding day for $75.00 per additional hour.  Any overages of the hours allotted for the Chapel, or The Densler House packages will be billed at $150.00 per hour if no additional time is purchased ahead of time..

Columbiana Inn Bed and Breakfast
is available for your wedding night or for your out of town guests

We take a great deal of time to prepare each wedding to ensure it is a very special day for you. We handle all of the details listed above in your wedding package at the 1890 Wedding Chapel. Our goal is to make your wedding day as stress-free as possible, and as enjoyable as possible. We require a 50% deposit to put your wedding date on the calendar. The deposit to secure the date will be due on the day you book the 1890 Wedding Chapel, and the balance or final payment is due thirty(30) days prior to the wedding date. Your wedding date is not booked until this deposit is paid. The balance or final payment must be paid by credit/debit card, cash or money order. We can only accept personal checks for balances six weeks prior to the wedding date. The hourly limit included in the wedding and reception packages you choose pertains to the total time including rehearsal, decorating, wedding, reception and clean up time.
Should it become necessary to cancel your wedding, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellation 60 days or more before the wedding date will result in a cancellation fee of $100.00 for the Chapel. If the wedding is cancelled 60 days or less before the wedding date the cancellation fee will be all deposits and payments. All refunds will be paid by check from the 1890 Wedding Chapel/Columbiana Inn.
